EO ENGINEERING was founded by Naval Architect Artis Strazdins from Latvia.

Having a strong background of German shipbuilding knowledge and quality standards, Artis has raised his professional competency and knowledge while working for two of the largest ship classification societies (IACS members), Flag administration of his home country in which he also took participation as delegated national expert at IMO subcommittees and European Commission Expert groups of marine safety.
